Nick has over 25 years of experience in real estate and business management, which helps him create a successful solution in any unique situation. Nick started his career as a real estate broker and investor before joining his brothers, Alex and Dean, in a leadership position at Cinespace Chicago Film Studios, serving as Chief Operations Officer.
As COO, Nick assisted in the redevelopment of the Ryerson Steel complex in Chicago’s North Lawndale neighborhood, converting the real estate assets into a state-of-the-art film studio. Upon completion, Cinespace Chicago Film Studios was the largest independent movie studios outside of Los Angeles, creating more than 15,000 jobs and brought billions of dollars into the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois.
Following the sale of Cinespace Chicago in 2021, Nick continued to manage operations at the film studio. In May 2023, he joined Alecko Capital, contributing his wealth of experience to investment team and further enhancing operational efficiency.
Nick supports many charitable organizations with his time and resources.
