As Chief Investment Officer of Alecko Capital and Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for Alecko Lending, Ozzie provides strategic leadership for sophisticated financing solutions designed to support entrepreneurs, developers, and growing businesses.

Ozzie also serves as Counsel with Taft Law in Chicago, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and commercial finance transactions.

Before joining Alecko Capital, Ozzie built and led businesses spanning financial services, operating companies, and real estate holdings, and has participated in complex public and private market transactions

He founded and led Windy City Motorcycle Company, transforming it from a single dealership into one of the Midwest's largest powersports organizations. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles with Equity Group Investments, a Sam Zell organization, where he participated in major real estate, private equity, and capital markets transactions, including the formation of several publicly traded REITs.

A retired U.S. Navy Captain, Ozzie served in Naval Intelligence and Joint Special Operations, and he was forward deployed on multiple tours with Joint Special Operations Task Forces.

Beyond his executive and legal responsibilities, he serves on the boards of multiple private companies and charitable organizations, providing strategic guidance on governance, growth, and community impact while remaining actively committed to philanthropic and civic initiatives.
